A little about me.

I’m Kathleen Booth, a career CMO who has spent the last two decades turning fast‑growing B2B tech companies into category stand‑outs. After founding and scaling Quintain Marketing—one of HubSpot’s earliest partner agencies—I sold the firm and dove straight into leading high‑velocity marketing teams at venture‑backed startups such as Attila Security, clean.io, and Tradeswell, leading two of the three of them to successful acquistion. Today I serve as SVP of Marketing & Growth at Pavilion, where I guide the brand, demand, and community strategy for a 10,000‑plus global network of go‑to‑market leaders.

From building AI‑first marketing orgs and community‑powered GTM engines to crafting challenger brands that punch above their weight, my playbooks consistently compound revenue and elevate valuation for companies in the coveted $5‑20 M growth window. Along the way I’ve been named one of TopRank’s “50 Top B2B Marketers to Watch,” hailed by USA Today as a “Global Marketing Advisor on the Rise,” and selected as one of only 30 marketers worldwide for LinkedIn’s inaugural Influencer cohort.

Entrepreneurship is in my DNA—I grew up in a family of small‑business owners and still advise early‑stage SaaS founders as a fractional CMO. Whether I’m keynoting on the future of AI‑powered marketing or mentoring operators inside Pavilion, my north star is helping bold companies and the people who build them realize outsized growth, faster.

My story

I grew up watching my parents navigate the highs and lows of business ownership, so building and growing companies feels second nature. After founding and successfully exiting a HubSpot partner agency, I shifted from launching ventures to scaling them—leading marketing for VC‑backed B2B tech firms through the pivotal $5–20 M revenue window and into sustained growth.

Today, as SVP of Marketing & Growth at Pavilion, I combine entrepreneurial instincts with a scale‑up mindset, architecting AI‑first brand, demand, and community engines that serve 10,000‑plus go‑to‑market leaders worldwide.

The through‑line in my journey is simple: when ambitious teams are ready to level up, I turn vision into velocity—and make sure everyone grows along the way.
